How it works?

Have the device on you
Do whatever exercise that suits you, whenever you want. While doing the exercise, wear a compatible device (Apple Watch for now, more devices will be integrated in the future). For steps, iPhone's HealthKit also works.
Burn & collect calories
Whether you are cycling, rowing, playing football or even walking, your Apple Watch (or iPhone HealthKit) is calculating your burned calories and we are recording this in our app.
Exchange these calories for free rewards
Once you have collected certain number of calories, you can exchange the calories for free fitness-related products. Just pay for the delivery.

Are the products really free?
Yes! Just pay the delivery fees.Does the app only work with Apple Watch?
Currently, we are offering integration only with Apple Watch. For steps-related activities, iPhone can also be used. In the future, we plan to integrate other major devices as well.What about other wearable devices?
We plan to integrate several devices in the near future. If you would like to see your favourite device integrated with E&E, please let us know about it by emailing us at [email protected].What type of activity can I do?
You can do whatever type of activity that you wish and that suits you, whether it is swimming, cross-fit, dancing, weight lifting, cycling, walking, and so on. As long as you are wearing your Apple Watch and burned calories (Active Energy) are being recorded in the app, you are good.Can I return a product?
Unfortunately, there are no returns once rewards are 'purchased'.

There is no limit to collecting calories. Collect as many as possible.Is there any expiration to the collected calories?
No. There is no expiration date attached to the calories.What does the flame icon do, and what is 'Calories Count'?
Flame icon is the visual presentation of the number of calories that you need to achieve to earn the next set of reward(s). 'Calories Count' is the equivalent numerical presentation. This count only starts from the day of sign up.What do the 'Your Stats' section tell me?
Net calories tells you the sum of all the calories that were earned (+) and all the calories that were redeemed (-). For more details, please check Calories Bank menu.
Step Tracker tells the number of steps that you have taken in a single day. This is especially useful for people who are not using an Apple Watch with E&E.Why are my calories not recorded correctly?
Sometimes it may take a while for your health app to sync calories with E&E. You could try to close both the apps and start them again. Ensure a stable bluetooth connection, in case you are using Apple Watch.Rest assured, your calories will be recorded if they are recorded by your iPhone's health app. Calories manually entered in health app will not be recorded by E&E.
